Our journey includes the acquisition, redevelopment, and operation of multiple commercial assets—such as Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations in Cleveland (2013–2019), Montgomery Drive (2016–2017), Ukiah (2018), and a strategic relocation project completed between 2023–2024. Each project involved identifying latent potential, executing operational and physical upgrades, and stabilizing the asset as a neighbourhood anchor.
In Ukiah, we expanded beyond pizza into brand diversification with Cookies (2018–2022), further demonstrating our ability to adapt properties to evolving market demand. Our Chicken Guy project in American Canyon reflects our continued focus on high-growth corridors and scalable, experience-driven concepts.
