Chandi Hospitality to Launch Curry & Hops Brewery Co. & Currylane Kitchen Drive

Bringing a slice of California’s vibrant hospitality scene to Punjab, Chandi Hospitality has officially announced the launch of its flagship ventures in India — Curry & Hops Brewery Co. and Currylane Kitchen at Aerocity, Mohali.

The projects mark the group’s foray into the Indian market after over two decades of success in the United States, where the Chandi brothers — Sonu, Sunny, and Joti Chandi — have established one of California’s most popular quick-service restaurant chains.

Curry & Hops Brewery Co. will offer a premium dining and craft beer experience, while Currylane Kitchen introduces what is being described as India’s first drive-through Indian cuisine restaurant, combining convenience with authentic flavours.

“Expanding to India has always been part of our vision — to blend American hospitality with Indian warmth,” said Mr. Sonu Chandi, CEO, Chandi Hospitality. “With Curry & Hops Brewery Co., we’re creating a space where global standards meet local flavours.”

Mr. Sunny Chandi, Vice President of Chandi Hospitality, who relocated to India three years ago to lead the expansion, added,

“Returning home gave us a chance to reconnect with our roots and contribute to India’s evolving dining culture.”

Overseeing operations in the United States, Mr. Joti Chandi described the Indian launch as

“a bridge between California’s excellence and India’s culinary heritage.”

The two ventures aim to redefine the region’s food and beverage landscape — blending innovation, tradition, and global standards of service.
